HeaderPolicies

1.   Open Access Policy

To make freely public accessibility to research with the aim of greater global exchange of knowledge, this journal provides open access to its published articles. One key request of researchers across the world is unrestricted access to research publications. Open access gives a worldwide audience larger than that of any subscription-based journal and thus increases the visibility and impact of published works. It also enhances indexing, retrieval power and eliminates the need for permissions to reproduce and distribute content. In addition to indexing database this journal utilizes digital archive via Eprint Repository to guarantee long-term digital preservation and restoration.

2.   Fee

APJMT is an open-access and free-of-charge journal which means that all contents are freely available without charge to the user or his/her institution. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles in this journal without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author. No fees are expected from authors.

3.   Copyright Notice

Authors of the published articles in this journal retain the copyright of their articles and will be able to archive pre-print, post-print, and publisher's versions.

All Articles published in the “Asia Pacific Journal of Medical Toxicology” are licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 3.0 Unported License which allows users to read, copy, distribute and make derivative works for non-commercial purposes from the material, as long as the author of the original work is cited properly.

4. Archiving

Digital Archiving: In addition to indexing database this journal utilizes digital archive via Eprint Repository to guarantee long-term digital preservation and restoration. All published articles are assigned to Digital Object Identifier (DOI)- CrossRef. The publisher deposits publications in multiple digital archives around the world to guarantee long-term digital preservation. The publisher makes monthly back-up of the files in the journal server to ensure all manuscripts and articles can be recovered at any moment in case of accident. All published articles are indexed in DOAJ, Google Scholar, and Index Copernicus. All articles are permanently archived and available in HTML, XML and PDF formats. The publisher makes article metadata available in compliance with Open Archives Initiative protocols, enabling automated 'harvesting' of the published articles for inclusion in any other digital archives. We support non-exclusive digital archiving of the published articles by as many international archives as possible, to ensure the security and permanent accessibility of that research.
